For clients who booked a session

Every booking email and text has a link to your booking. Use it to confirm, move or cancel. Questions about a fee or a session go to your practitioner first; reply to any booking email and it reaches them.

To stop texts, reply STOP to any of them. Email reminders continue.

Payments and payouts

Payments run through your own Stripe account. New accounts start in Test mode, where no real money moves. Switch to Live in Settings, Payouts, once Stripe has verified your account. Payouts and card fees are managed in Stripe.

Google Calendar

Connect it from Calendar or the welcome screen. Guacamole sees when you're busy, so those times can't be booked, and adds your bookings, with a Google Meet link for video sessions, to its own "Guacamole" calendar. Disconnect any time in Settings or in your Google Account.

Fees

No subscription. Guacamole takes 0.9% of payments. See Pricing.
