No-shows stop costing you.

When a client doesn't show, Guacamole collects the fee. When one cancels, it fills the chair. You do nothing.

Nothing to pay to start. We earn only when money comes back to you.

The chair is gone. The fee never comes.

Your clients are your relationships.

Charging a regular feels personal, and one bad review costs more than one fee. So the policy stays on your booking page and never gets used.

Guacamole does the asking. You stay the one they like.

  1. 2:00A two-hour colour is booked. Foils are out.
  2. 2:15No client. Your next opening is in three weeks.
  3. 2:30You DM her. Read, no reply.

Prevent. Protect. Recover. Refill.

How it works.

Prevent

Smart reminders before the appointment. Rescheduling takes one tap.

Protect

Every booking is secured with a card. Nothing is charged upfront.

Recover

Missed without notice? Your fee is collected and paid to you.

Refill

Cancelled in time? The slot goes to clients waiting for an earlier opening.

What every salon owner asks us first.

"My booking app already has no-show fees."

It can charge a card. You still have to notice, decide, press the button and face the client next visit. Guacamole sends the reminder, charges per your policy, sends the receipt and fills the slot, without you.

"My regulars will leave for another salon."

They agree to the policy when they book, get a free way to reschedule, and the message comes from Guacamole, not you. Waive any fee for a regular in one tap.

"My clients book through Instagram DMs."

Send them your Guacamole booking link instead. The policy and card are captured in the same step.

"Deposits already work for me."

Deposits add friction at booking and still leave cancelled chairs empty. A card on file charges nothing upfront, and we refill the slot.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If your plans change, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours ahead: no charge.
• Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice: [50]% of the service price.
• No-show: [100]% of the service price.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or reschedule your service.

A card is kept on file to secure your booking. It is only charged under this policy. Emergencies happen; just let us know.

In short

Guacamole is revenue recovery for salons. Clients secure their booking with a card, get reminders, and pay your no-show or late-cancel fee only if they miss. When someone cancels in time, the slot is offered to clients who want it sooner.

Questions salons ask

How much should a salon charge for a no-show?

Most salons charge 50% for late cancellations and up to 100% of the service for no-shows. Set your own; Guacamole collects whatever your policy says.

Will clients be upset?

They agree to the policy when they book and get reminders with a free way to reschedule. Messages come from Guacamole, not from you.

What if I want to let a regular off?

One tap waives the fee and sends a friendly note.

Do I need a deposit?

No. The card secures the booking and is only charged if they miss.

What does it cost?
