guacamole

Missed appointments stop costing you.

When a pet owner doesn't show, Guacamole collects the fee. When one cancels, it fills the slot. You do nothing.

Nothing to pay to start. We earn only when money comes back to you.

The appointment is gone. The fee never comes.

Pet owners are emotional clients.

Charging a family for a missed visit feels harsh, especially when their pet is sick. So the fee is skipped, and the practice absorbs it.

Guacamole does the asking. You stay the one they like.

Missed Appointment Policy

We reserve time, staff and equipment for your pet's visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancel 24+ hours ahead: no charge.
• Late cancellation or no-show: $[35] for exams and $[100] for surgeries and procedures.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.

We'll give you one courtesy reminder before a first fee applies. A card on file secures your appointment and is only charged under this policy.
